1. Site Preparation includes organizing ICFS and other materials & supplies.

5. Wall Alignment is quick and easy with ICF forms.

2. First Course Placement

Very important to place forms correctly at this stage as this sets the course for all those above and determines how straight your walls will be.

6. Concrete Placement is easy using the concrete pump truck. Just aim and fill the forms. This is ICF construction art!

4. Door & Window Openings

3. Reinforcement is made extra strong with web and properly placed rebar.

8. INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR FINISHES

You are at the finish line now! Finish up with brick, stone, siding, stucco, or other exterior of your choice. The finished wall product now has insulation, concrete, and your outside finish of brick or whatever you chose and the interior is finished with drywall or even stone, or brick - whatever you choose. CONGRATULATIONS!

7. Mechanical Installations

Forms are precut in preparation for installing pipes and wiring.
